No Guarantee of Results
BrentCanada Experiences provides coaching, consulting, advisory services, workshops, networking guidance, and business introductions based on professional experience and industry knowledge. While every effort is made to support clients in achieving their objectives, no guarantee is made regarding business opportunities, sales, contracts, funding, sponsorships, commercial success, employment or any other specific result. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrentCanada Experiences’ total liability for any claim arising from or relating to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. BrentCanada Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Force Majeure
BrentCanada Experiences shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, rescheduling, or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, severe weather, illness, internet or telecommunications outages, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, government actions or restrictions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Services affected by such events will be rescheduled where reasonably possible.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all presentations, training materials, workbooks, scorecards, templates, written content, graphics, website content, and other materials created or provided by BrentCanada Experiences remain the intellectual property of BrentCanada Experiences. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, shared, published, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
